Change of Samsung Region

Please, how can I change my Samsung region from Nigeria to the United Kingdom under my Samsung account profile. The section is locked and I don't know how to go about it.

Changing your account location will not do anything. Why do you want to change region? My Samsung also from Nigeria but I changed csc code with a PC software. Now I can use Samsung pay which was impossible before that but has nothing to do with my account location which always been UK
