Lockscreen notification

Anyone know why I can only see two notifications on my lockscreen and all other notifications are displayed as small icons? It would be nice if they were all displayed as notifications and I could just scroll through.

In notifications> lockscreen, is this selected?

Yes. I have selected that. But still only 2 cards appear and the rest are icons.

I'm having a similar problem.  Just got my phone yesterday.  I only have icons under the clock on the lockscreen...no card notifications.
