S pen won't work properly when my S 25 ultra is in a magnetic case. Anyone else having this issue?

My s pen won't work properly when my S 25 ultra is in a magnetic case.

Is anyone else having this issue.

Hi, which case do you have and does it have any attachments on the back?

As a Star group we have tested ESR, Spigen, Otterbox cases with no issues, however my ESR case with a wallet attachment DOES affect the spen. It seems to be from the extra vertical magnet that some cases have.

usually the ring inside the case won't affect the sPen.

It's when one attaches a magsafe accessory such as powerbank etc.

Yes my case is a Torro wallet case . The part that phone sits in is detachable. Great idea but unfortunately the s pen won't work as it should.

Is it this one? I bought it and thought the case part was flimsy and the wallet clasp was just too big...

I'd imagine the interference comes from the strong magnets that attach the wallet part.

Went for an ESR case with wallet instead

Yes that's the same as mine. I agree with you. The clasp is annoying when talking it out of my pocket. But it's a great idea. Maybe they should have a stud fastening instead of a magnetic fastening.

Mmm... Been using torro since 2019, they are generally nice cases and good quality but I've gone a different way this time due to the above.

I got this spidgen one and don't seem to have any issues so far.
