Can't send MMS - Google messages

Can anyone help. I've been trying to send pictures/voicenotes which send Via MMS - I have all the settings enabled to ensure it sends but the person I send it to never receives and only gets my SMS messages. Any ideas?

Quick question. Do you have MMS provisioned with your network?

Not all networks add it automatically.

If you have to pay for MMS messaging, do you have a spend limit with your network?

My network supports it as I pay for the unlimited package which was the highest they offered. I have no spend limit with my network as they charge me for each photo / voice message which is fine
