Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
Feedback can be sent via the Samsung Members App and you then may receive a reply with further help.
May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.

"Go to your phone's Settings > Battery > Battery optimization." This section doesn't exist, did you reproduce this on a Samsung S25 before posting this?
I've also looked in Settings > Apps and Settings> Apps> Samsung App Settings, there is no such app called "Extend Unlock".
