I pre-ordered in the UK on launch day and there was an offer for 3 months free samsung care +
This morning I got an email from samsung saying that there was a technical error and it did not go through. 
I contacted samsung and they have been no help.and said that its showing but I also contacted samsung care + a d they said my imei number is not covered? I cant find anything on my phone that says I have it or not. Does anyone know how to check samsung care on their device? Thanks

Go to settings, scroll to the bottom, and find "About phone"—it should show up there.

This has been a weird error, which I have also gotten. Mine shows as covered in settings. I've sent an email and will find out more.

I think perhaps some systematic errors... I got the same and waiting to see if there is any further to come.

My phone shows an active care+ so I will believe that for the meantime.

I just wanted to check if those affected by the email about Care+ last week have now received another email to say that it is now resolved?

I did think it was a system error and it seems that was a correct assumption.
