I am in the UK.
I bought a new Samsung S25 from the samsung shop here in the UK complete with a SIM contract on 3 for £10 per month. I collected the phone 15 days ago from my local Samsung shop. It came complete with a SIM card. But the SIM card is not working.
I have contacted Samsung several times and the matter has not been resolved.
Can anyone please help?
I am a very disappointed customer.
Sub question: if I go to my samsung account on the app it shows as "preparing dispatch". BUT that is wrong. I already have the phone.

Hello, s25hhh. I still haven't got it resolved. Though I did get an email saying that "your sim has been activated". Which is hopefully a step in the right direction. However, SIM not yet working.
