Banking apps not working on 25 ultra

Hi, received my 25 ultra yesterday. Tried to get my HSBC UK banking app. I have spoke to a call agent who said its something to do with my security settings? Any idea please?

It's the authenticator app that is the issue. Uninstall that and try again.

Then try reinstall authenticator.

Metro bank app isn't working. The task bar at the bottom overlays the bottom task bar on the app; even after fiddling to tap behind it to accept t&cs and pin entries etc. Telephoned Metro who told me to uninstall and install which I did with the agent on the phone. Also adjustedscreen resolution and font sizing without it resolving.

I'm having a similar issue with the Ubank app. Once I get passed the passkey login it bugs out to white screens. 

What do you mean by the authenticator app sorry? Microsoft authenticator?

I am having similar issue. My credit cards/ merchant apps  will not allow me to sign in.

Can't get facial recognition on Lloyds banking app with S25. Does it allow you to? Tried looking at settings and in the actual banking app but can't find anything 😒

Here in the Netherlands, my bank app realized I was using a new phone and I was forced to use NFC to read my passport to prove who I am.   Once I did that, the app worked as it always does.

So here my update, it turns out it was my fault. I had a replacement card sent to me as the mag stripe got worn but never updated on my wallet and it worked fine. When I transferred it and tries to add back and put new cvv code in it failed. Just deleted old card, added new card with new cvv and it worked fine

Just call them up and have then remove it from your account as tied to previous phone. Then log back in and add new security device, that should work
