Earlier today I would receive the message - 400 Bad Request ... Request Header Or Cookie Too Large ... when attempting to view this site. I finally solved the problem by going into Edge three dots / Settings / Cookies and site permissions / Cookies and site data / All cookies and site data / scrolling all the way down to samsung.com and deleting a ton of cookies.
Once I did that, I had no problems entering this site.
Just passing this on for anyone else who has this issue.

@davehorne: I'm sorry to hear that you encountered this issue, but you did the right thing by clearing the site cookies. Thank you for sharing your solution, as I'm sure that it will be helpful to other Community members who might experience a similar issue.
As clearing cookies can sign you out of some sites, if you're using Chrome then you can tap the symbol to the left of the URL (circles with lines to the left/right) > Site settings, and delete the site-specific cookies from here.

I have had this issue previously, not on a mobile Device though but a PC via Chrome. I predominantly use Samsung Internet on Mobiles. Yes deleting cookies and site Data did sort it out.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Yes @davehorne I sometimes have to do this clear out too.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I should have added, this error message was on my Windows 11 desktop, not my phone.
