Hello.
Anybody purchased Samsung Care+ for their S25U with their device still showing "not covered" in the settings - about phone?

Attached is a screenshot.

Will give it some time before complaining to Samsung as I just purchased it, but wanted to know if anybody else's on the same boat.

It can take some time to show up, don't worry. How long ago did you buy the device?

However, if you do worry, drop them an email:

They're very quick to respond.

Got the device on the 24th of Jan, but just purchased the Samsung Care+ (first time purchasing a phone insurance lol)

@DrZiggszz: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue. Did you purchase the Care+ policy along with your Galaxy S25 Ultra via samsung.com, or did you purchase it separately? Have you checked your email inbox for any communications from the Shop Team or Care+ Team about any potential issues with your policy? 

In the meantime, please follow the link below, scroll down to 'Manage Your Policy' and follow the on-screen prompts, as this will allow you to check if your coverage is in place.

EDIT: My apologies, it seem that my reply has overlapped with your most recent response. I do still recommend checking the site above, along with your emails, as this is the best way to verify if your coverage has been successfully activated.

When did you purchase it? From my experience with my old S24 Ultra it takes 24 hours to update

Thank you very much. I have followed the steps, got stuck where it asks for my contract number or last name. Keeps running into an error. I received a confirmation mail from Samsung Care - Assurant. I think this suffices. Might take some time to reflect on the phone settings as others suggested.
