I recently upgraded to the Samsung S24 Plus, and I'm experiencing persistent video playback errors within the X (Twitter) app. The issue started immediately after switching to the new phone, and it's incredibly frustrating.
Here's what I've already tried:
* Basic Troubleshooting:
* Checked internet connection
* Cleared app cache
* Updated the app
* Reinstalled the app
* Restarted the phone
* Checked for system updates
* Reported the issue to X support
* S24 Plus Specific:
* Checked app permissions
* Disabled battery optimization for X
* Closed background apps
* Cleared system cache (if applicable to my model)
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. The videos will play for a short time, then I get a playback error and have to close and reopen the app.
Has anyone else encountered this problem on their S24 Plus? Are there any other troubleshooting steps I could try or potential solutions?
