Lost voucher

I had a £30 samsung store voucher and had used only a little. I have now changed phones but the voucher is missing

Contact Samsung support via Members app. Assuming the voucher hasn't expired and you are logged in with same account I would expect it to be on the new phone

I believe the £30 vouchers were only valid for 30 days (happily corrected if that is incorrect).

After that they expire.....
