May I assume that your other apps and phone is working as they should @Jab007
Are you in a country that allows Goodlock availability through Galaxy Store or have you sideloaded it @Jab007
If it's available in your country then try clearing the cache of Goodlock via Settings > Apps > Goodlock > Storage > Clear Cache > If absolutely necessary try Clear Data.
A further option is > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
Another option if that does not help is to uninstall the app and then re install.
As Goodlock is not created by the app then you could contact the developer to ask for assistance.
There is a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App to check your phone.
If necessary a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.
