Why the problem of moving the lenses was not solved with the update

The new update arrived to fix the Galaxy S24 Ultra's screen and camera problems, but it seems that the problem of moving the camera's zoom has not been solved, so it is likely that this problem will not be solved with a software update, what should I do? Why is Samsung trying to ignore this problem?

Samsung does listen to feedback left in the Samsung Community Forum and via the Samsung Members App under the Feedback option @akam1212

I don't think they are ignoring the problem, but maybe it's more complicated to solve but I am sure they are working on it.

Samsung are working to improve the camera features in further updates, not everything will be covered in one update.

I think, it would be sensible to wait for the update. I do not think that we have a comprehensive list of fixes.

@akam1212: Please be assured that we have been listening to customer feedback, and our official statement surrounding improvements to the Camera is as follows. 

"The Galaxy S series has long been known for its industry-leading camera experience, and the Galaxy S24 series takes this to the next level with further optimization of key camera functions. We have made enhancements across the camera experience, including upgrades to the device’s zoom functions, Portrait Mode, Nightography, rear camera video shooting capabilities and more."

While this is more of a statement of intent, and doesn't go into detail, the improvements should be listed on your device prior to installing the update, so please keep an eye out.

Are these updates forthcoming?  Rolled out over time?  I installed the latest update on Friday AXB7 and did not notice a correction for the 1x, 3x and 5x zoom.  It's still jumpy and is not as smooth as 2x or other  settings.
