Hey, I'm having some trouble with my Samsung S24 Ultra. The brightness level is stuck at around 30% and I can't seem to increase it. I've tried everything I can think of, like turning on eye comfort and adaptive brightness, but nothing works. I've even attached a screenshot to show you what I mean. You can see that there are no visible toggles beyond the 28k count, and the like symbol above it is invisible when the background is white. This is really annoying and it's causing my eyes to strain. I don't know if it's a software or hardware problem, but I'm hoping you can help me figure it out. Also, I've noticed that the texts appear blurry in the evening. Can you help me with that too?

I've not experienced this issue on my phone @Hemanth321 with both the settings you mention working fine.

I've even used the ' Extra Dim ' toggle on mine to test it.

Maybe try > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
