Same issue here. Galaxy s24 Ultra that was purchased directly from Samsung and has no carrier branding. Still no 6.1.1i specifically bought the Buds3 Pro for the live translate, but it doesn't work until the update. I'm going out of the country in 3 weeks for vacation, it would be nice to have it then. They need to show us Platinum tier users some extra love lol. Maybe it's for the same reason it says I'm a "new member" even though I've been a member since they created Samsung Members... lots of slacking lately from Sammy.

I just received the Aug 2024 update. At this rate probably be the November before I get the 6.1.1

Same with mine. S24 Ultra KSA version. Still on 6.1 with August security patches.

I have the s24 ultra, got the 1T direct, pre-order, and I have not got it either. Today is 9/24/2024. It's frustrating. We were first to get the phone but last for the update. Starting to get worried we'll never get it. Everyone I know who purchased from phone providers got the update a while ago

Sorry, adding more. Purchased direct from Samsung. Unlocked phone, did not tell them my provider, however, my provider is AT&T. I have the 6.1 update, 8 do not have the 6.1.1 update that has all the cool stuff I want. I purchased phone flat out with trade in, no contract or payment
