Try your sim card in the other sim slot to see if that helps especially of the signal issue is happening everywhere @Rabs123
If the issue is on one particular area then I'd say they're is a mast congestion issue or mast under repair and or your sim card maybe at issue.
Test it in another phone if you can.
You can reset the network settings in General Management under the reset options.
There is also a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App.
In regards to fingerprints delete them and start again with taking two prints of the same favourite finger you use to unlock.
There is also a setting you can Toggle On to improve fingerprint unlock.
It's in Settings then Display.

@Rabs123: If you head to WhatsApp > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Notifications, then 'Popup notification' will be greyed out, with 'Not available' written below. This is an embedded feature of the WhatsApp notification options (a decision made by the developers themselves) and cannot be adjusted in your phone's settings.
