What happened to the 3 button navigation options?

So I've had my S24U for some time now and it's great, but the stupid swipe right or left to go back universal gesture is getting real old. Now all we have is either big buttons or this silly swiping thing, it works well 50% of the time but it's not intelligent enough to decide if I'm trying to go back or just select something.

Please Samsung bring back the 3 tab navigation bar (from the S22U) at the bottom of the screen again, it was so easy having 3 slim bars for home, back and open apps.

Excellent support thanks.  I did not appreciate  Samsung changing the style of 3 button navigation and as I already had NavStar installed it was easy peasy for me to get them back but would have not gone there to change them back.  👍🏻👍🏻🤮🤮

Oh dear, so sorry about those 2 nasty emoji’s.  I did not know I had selected them.  So, for your excellent help I give you ********** 10 stars

I don't see that Enable extra gesture settings as an option. Using navstar 6.0.00.16

@StillGrumpy: From what I understand, the 'Enable extra gestures' option is available on version 6.1.05.40. With this in mind, please check the Galaxy Store > Tap the 3 lines in the bottom right > Updates, and check for any available updates here.

Thank you so much, my phone automatically changed to the gesture navigation after the lasted update. Insane that I have to jump through all those hoops just to keep my phone the same

Thanks, saved my life. The update ruined everything.

One more note: best to install the app from Galaxy App Store (NOT Google Play Store)
