What are modified conversations?

So there's a setting under advanced notification settings for the conversations , when I go on it says " No modified conversations ". How to modify conversations?

Could it be AI summaries from your messages or similar?

It has existed on my S22 Ultra, so no.

It's on my S22ultra also, nothing to do with AI. Never found out what it does or meant to do.
