Unstable network after update on s24 ultra

Hello All, 

 

S24 ultra randomly drops the connectivity (only emergency calls) and I had to restart phone or plane mode on/off to work

I think is software problem ,because when I turn to 4g mode work fine , only in 5g mode I have problems

Yeah same issue with mine.. I contacted both samsung and my network provider. Samsung provider said must be network issues.. network provider told will sort it within 48 hours.. now it's 24 hour's bit improved... let see further .

Same issue with my phone after new software update

Same issue here. It seems very suspicious that my provider would have a problem straight after the update. I'm on LycaMobile (o2) if it helps anyone. However, it seem bizarre

Switched the sim card slot

Cleared OS cache via the boot menu

Not sure where to go from here. A factory reset is probably my next port of call 😞

Hi I have same problems. Losing connections gsm . And after restarting or switching between plane mode , all back to work for some 1h and again same problem no reception:(

i just brought a Samsung s24 ultra and its showing emergency calls only even though when full signal is there. i just have to restart the phone or put in airplane mode to get back the signal and this is happening 7-8 times a day. i did tried the reset network connection but no improvement.
