Unstable network after update on s24 ultra

Hello All, 

 

S24 ultra randomly drops the connectivity (only emergency calls) and I had to restart phone or plane mode on/off to work

This start after one ui 6.1.1 update

Hi @koostea 

I have the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra and personally haven't experienced this drop in connection you and some other are. 

One good troubleshooting step is to reset the Network Connection via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections. 

Just as a process of elimination can you try your sim card in the secondary sim slot 🤔 

You can also send feedback via your Samsung Members App.

Neither have I expected any problems to date.

Could be your network provider doing work on a mast in your area. Check their website to see if any maintenance is been carried out.

Same here.. after my update to s24ultra on 9th night. Dint have a problem since getting the phone near launch.

Seems to be a issue among the S24series since the update as I have noticed quite a few threads on here over the past few days, maybe it's best if you send a error log to customer support and give as much feedback in order for the developers to issue a fix.

Try to contact network provider.. I had contacted and it's improving but yet to see after 48 hours for stable network .
