@Ram225: Please try heading to Settings > Apps > Gmail (as an example) > Notifications > Allow notifications (On) > Notification Types > Tap on Lock screen, Badge and Pop-up, so each one says 'Allowed' > Notification categories > Check each category, and make sure that 'Alert' and 'Show as pop-up' are selected. Let me know if this helps.

I had to go to Settings, Battery, Power Saving and turn off that power saving. Finally, after 2 days of clicking everything I could think of.... this was the fix for me. I hope this works for you

Hello, if the problem still exists... I finally found the solution!!! Which, at least for me, finally worked. Maybe it's the solution for everyone else. I found a setting in the Gmail "App Permissions." "Stop app activity in case of non-use." This setting was activated for me. After I deactivated them, I finally got mail notifications!!:))) In the screenshot you can see the setting.

I'm having the exact same issue on my Samsung 23 Ultra. I've tried doing everything as suggested for notifications on my phone settings and on the actual Gmail app and nothing works??
Help?
