S24 ultra is unultra

S 24 ultra camera isn't ultra 

I am so disappointed when i compare it to Xiaomi 14 ultra or vivo x100 or even s23 ultra

I am samsung S owner since 2018 and maybe iam the first one who get s24ultra in my country but now I think i will not buy samsung device any more 

I think samsung S time has gone 😢😢

Maybe it's because your too used to xiaomi, I found the camera on the S24 ultra amazing compared to previous samung ultras I have owned, I use standard modes but when going into raw it really proves its worth. Sales info: Samsung: around 264 million (22%); Apple: around 228 million (19%); Xiaomi: around 156 million (13% over 100 million samsung owners more than xiaomi agree with me.

S24ULTRA have many camera problems and so many users and reviewers say that

Samsung is losing the race in face other brands

Well sales numbers don't lie, so whoever is claiming Samsung are losing are clearly wrong. In the end you choose what you like and if the majority are happy with Samsung, then that is how it is. I personally dont think the S23 Ultra camera is better and i found the vast majority of my comparison photo's better on my S24 Ultra. Its a new device with need of a few camera tweaks, but it's an excellent device nonetheless. If you're unhappy with yours, then move on.

It's practically an upgrade on the S23 Ultra in every way. So in essence, this argument is true for the last 5 years (at least to you).

Personally I'm happy with mine but I understand we all have different wants and needs from our devices.

Sadly, but true "Samsung: around 264 million (22%)" are "dumb" phones - A04, A14. Not even A54 wasn't in TOP10 in all 2023, when "Apple" lead flagship smartphones segment many years.

And I agree with @Joeeye "In the end you choose what you like and if the majority are happy with Samsung, then that is how it is." Every one are choosing what suit their wallet, hand and mind best 🙂

There are many things I think are great about the s24 ultra, but coming from a s21 ultra, I genuinely feel like it's a step backwards on the cameras.
It honestly doesn't feel like I upgraded as far as picture quality is concerned.
I had been optimistic that it was a software issue, but I'm losing faith in that idea and think they just did a poor job of it.
Just to top it off they used AI system on the camera that clearly isn't ready yet, but they threw it in there so they had a gimmick to sell...didn't give the option to fully disable it as far as I can tell either.
Decent phone but I wouldnt say it's good value for it's cost unfortunately.
