I recently got the ultra 24 and today my brightness randomly lowered itself (adaptive brightness is off) and when I tried to turn it back up it said it could not increase brightness further due to temperature issues?
My phone does feel warm but like what is going on? How do I fix this?

install the samsung app -"good guardians" available on the samsung galaxy store app.
this app is a gateway to several other samsung apps - one of them is thermal guardian. This tracks the temperature of your phone. When it exceeds the temperature threshold it reports the five top processes running at that time or the issue that is causing the over heating. Give it a try - it might reveal the problem

I also have this issue with my Samsung Galaxy S24.
The screen gets dim, almost unreadable, because of the high temperature reached by the device. Temperature which goes high for no apparent reason while normally using the device.
I tried to analyse the problem futher and eventually I posted my experience in a long post in another thread of this forum.
I strongly believe there is an issue with the phone firmware or hardware.
I have been experiencing this for more than 7 weeks.

Samsung fooling people, i was so annoyed with screen dimming, you just can't see screen in sun, how to take photographs. Claiming snapdragon keeps the phone cool, sometimes i feel samsung giving exinos and claiming it to be snapdragon

This is the solution. Once the Thermal Guardian module is installed go to "Additional Settings" and uncheck "Decrease maximum brightness...". You can also increase the threshold a little bit as well.
