Transfer data to external memory

Hi all,

I have recently purchased this 1TB Samsung external memory device for my S24U because I want to relieve my phone of some of the data I stocked on it. I tried to use it but I cannot transfer the data and YouTube is not helping, I could not find anything about it.

When you plug it in, it should give you the option to format the drive and appear here? ('My Files')

When I plugged it in I was expecting to see something on the main screen of my phone as on older phones when you plug in a USB device but nothing, I will check that and come back.

Should appear as a external drive personally i use a micro sd card and micro sd card reader and works perfectly

Have you turned auto blocker off

I bought 1tb sd card from ebay it was fake and didn't work I went to my local computer repair shop and bought a 512 gig card 👌

Never buy cards off Ebay too many fakes on there if its too good to be true it is. Made that mistake once a fake sandisk card advertised at 512gb turned out to be 16gb got my money back but be careful
