Hello, I bought this phone the s24 on the 28th of December and when I call or receive calls ,their voice echos and sounds so bad like it's broken up really bad. I think it's my phone set idk please advice

Please run the Diagnostic Tool 🔧 found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
You can also reset the Network via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Mobile Network Settings.
Also as a process of elimination can you try your sim card in the secondary sim slot if relevant and try your sim card in another phone and then another sim card in your phone.
Sometimes issues like these can also be attributed to Network Mast issues or Mast congestion.
A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary.
