I use a handful of Routines that, while minor in nature, make using the phone even more enjoyable. These Routines are easy to create, just spend a minute or two looking at the possibilities in Settings / Modes and Routines.
One Routine that is very handy - when you're connected to your home Wi-Fi, your phone is automatically unlocked.
Another Routine - when the battery drops below a point you determine, you can have the battery automatically switch over to Power saving.
Since I charge my phone while I'm sleeping, there's no need to use Fast wireless charging, just 'regular' charging is fine. That can be easily sorted out in Routines.
So as to not bother or wake my wife in bed, I have a Routine that dims the screen and turns off the sound for a predetermined period of time.
When that specified period of time ends, the phone reverts to the setting before the Routine took place.
These are not earth shattering tweaks, they just make using the phone every day a tad more enjoyable.

Thanks for this @davehorne
Routines and modes are very useful indeed. However unlocking my phone when connecting my home Wi-Fi is a bit too much for a paranoid person like me. 😃

Your comment reminds me of an old joke by Steven Wright - Last night somebody broke into my apartment and replaced everything with exact duplicates. When I pointed it out to my roommate, he said, "Do I know you?”

Routines can be a powerful tool that customises your experience in a specific way , it does improve efficiency and the the extent of use will vary between customers . I do find it beneficial and worth experimenting if you have not tried it much before.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
