Temporary fixing the awful auto post processing on galaxy s24 ultra

This is what ive done. Basically the problem seems to be the samsung photo gallery. By default any photos get opened up here first and I'm not sure if it's the AI or what but because the photo is sent here first then the auto post processing happens. As you can see the app doing it at the bottom off the screen and then the pic changes from good quality to awful. So go in the app, disable all permissions to access the phone photographs. Now it's a bit slower but you can then take a photo and open it up through Google photo's which I've always done on previous phones anyway. Only thing is I can't find a workaround to open up the photo in the camera app. If you select the photo in the camera app by default it will try to take you to the samsung galaxy gallery which then doesn't work so you have to come out of the app. But at least the awful post processing has now stopped.

If  you have Gallery Labs enabled, does enabling Android embedded image decoder make a difference when viewing with gallery app

Compared both gallery apps I see no difference whatsoever

I just see no difference whatsoever between galleries. And what I see of processed images on screen look same on PC aswell.

Ok. All I know is that the auto post processing has stopped now I've stopped the default to the samsung gallery

It doesn't matter what you do. The problem is the Intelligence Optimisation. You can't turn it off and as the Samsung softwar is controlled by Google, I don't think Google is in a hurry to fix the problem

With so many complaints about forced post processing I am shocked Samsung hasn't allowed us to disable this feature...
