Samsung is in the process of updating 10's of millions of devices.

This cannot be done in a day.

As has been widely reported, the global rollout has commenced and devices are being updated every hour of every day.

Yours will come when the batch with your device in is rolled out.

Is your phone working? Yes I presume

So it isn't an urgent necessity.

New Zealand was listed for April 7th its the 13th and still no update. I have tried restarting my phone, running a vpn and removing the sim all faiiled.

One UI 7 needs to come to every samsung device as soon as it is released

I don't know why but everyone else in the UK has one ui 7 and I'm still stuck on one ui 6.1 I don't know why it is taking so long since I paid alot of money for this phone last year

If you purchased through a network provider then it's possible you will need to wait until they are ready for it to be released.
If your phone phone has been imported from another region, it's likely you won't get the over the air update and may need to connect to a computer and using smartswitch on the computer to check for available updates

I purchased it from Vodafone

I think Vodafone has started rolling out the update. So should see it soon
