Lockscreen disappeared

Has anyone had an issue where they have updated their phone to one ui7 and their lockscreen disappears. I'm on a s24 and sometimes my always on display will change so that all I can see is the fingerprint sensor and the outline of the widgets I have applied.

Is there a way I can turn this off without turning off the always on display?

Tbh I'm disappointed with this update, I came to Samsung because I had issues with updates with OnePlus, at least OnePlus allowed the phone to be rolled back to the previous version

Have you attempted any troubleshooting like wiping phone cache partition and hard reboot the phone

Done a hard reboot but don't know how to wipe the phones cache only app cache

Someone earlier today showed a support chat saying the update was paused again. This might be why...

One ui 7. It was paused once, resumed, now people are saying it's paused again. If you're having lock screen issues post update, they might have paused it to fix that issue

I've had the one ui7 update on the 10th April and I had another update yesterday. Was hoping the update yesterday would fix it but no
