I've tried diagnostics and restarted it quite a few times, no update has come through, starting to think I won't receive it..

I got One UI7 (my device S24 Ultra) on the 10th of April early morning. I leave in the UK. Could you please restart your phone and try again

I tried that, it still says latest software is installed. One UI 6.1, Android Version14.

İt's weird😮 please restart your phone a few times a day it might be help.

End of April 12 now and still nothing. And yet i read news now about people in UK who has got their update. 

SAMSUNG!!! THIS IS THE WORST. Philippines had April 7 and still 5 days after we havent got it here. While the whole world is getting it and downloading now.

This was the last time i bought a Samsung for very expencive money. 

SHAME ON YOU!! SAYING 1 THING BUT CANT KEEP YOUR OWN WORDS!! 👎👎👎
