How tempting it was to upgrade to a S24 Ultra with a promise of a FREE Watch 6. Happily waited the qualify period, then the 45 days from 'claim confirmation', only to be told it will be delayed with no timescale given. 

It's now March, will I be waiting until Christmas, maybe the New Year? He'll, even 12 months.

This is totally unacceptable, I definitely would not have upgraded without the offer and my mind set is to be cautious of all things Samsung. I have never strayed from the Brand but I am now doubting my own loyalty. 

100%, if I was to order a new watch from the Samsung website, this would be delivered within 24 hours. A total disrespect to all loyal customers.

Going by mine should be here in a few days? Strange that the strap came seperate.
I have an original Galaxy watch and that all came in one box.
There's a slot inside the watch box big enough for the watch strap box too!

Is anyone having issues with tracking the claim.

For several days, I can't track my claim, each time I put my email address for the one time passcode, it's not being delivered, so can't track.

Contacted samsung live chat, they can't anything, saying they can't have access to claim information.

I have emailed Samsung few times, last week, no reply.

I'm beyond frustrated, this is ridiculous!!!

I'm annoyed at the Samsung offer, words without action.

The mobile came on time because EE sent it on time.

This is Samsung handling of the watch.

Looks like Samsung is getting worse every year, every year they always have the same issues at the time of mobile released

I've had no problem tracking the claim online, but a few time the one time code was sent to my spam mail and I didn't even know.

UPDATE!!!!! Still nothing and I can't even get someone to talk about it at Samsung. So I decided to email through the 'get in touch' button. I then received an email saying I will get a response in a couple of days. Well, if anything is to go by, it might be Christmas before they answer me.

i'm still waiting for mine,  delay email 13th, was supposed to be sent yesterday, hopefully hear something tomorrow or in the week!

I'd give it a week, saying that, I've heard nothing. Can't even chase it up on the telephone. I'll see how my email goes down when they decide to reply.

I'm in your boat too friend, been waiting 47 days. Received the delay email 5 days ago. This is a shamble! I sent them an email through their "get in touch" prompt and was immediately responded to with an automated response. It would have been faster to just sell lemonade and buy the watch than wait for the free one from the claim.
