How tempting it was to upgrade to a S24 Ultra with a promise of a FREE Watch 6. Happily waited the qualify period, then the 45 days from 'claim confirmation', only to be told it will be delayed with no timescale given. 

It's now March, will I be waiting until Christmas, maybe the New Year? He'll, even 12 months.

This is totally unacceptable, I definitely would not have upgraded without the offer and my mind set is to be cautious of all things Samsung. I have never strayed from the Brand but I am now doubting my own loyalty. 

100%, if I was to order a new watch from the Samsung website, this would be delivered within 24 hours. A total disrespect to all loyal customers.

Yes, I would be upset other wise. The date for delivery, in my possession, was 10th March 2024. I've had the email to say it's going to be delayed.

I'm the same to. Claim was successful on 9th February and been told reward will be sent by 25th March.

But have a feeling it maybe be delayed, I've seen and read Samsung delivery issues every year in regards to new mobiles.

I have been with Samsung since Samsung Galaxy S1, but lately I'm questioning my loyalty .

Ridiculous situation really. Like I said, if we was to purchase a watch, it would be here in a couple of days.

A watch from the Samsung website will be different from the promotion.
The promotions are handled by a third party company and it just depends on what stock they have and how they choose to handle claims.
It does seem like demand has outstretched supply. I guess the amount of claims takes a while to get through.

If I remember it had something in the terms and conditions that mentioned something like upto 45 days subject to availability.
I'm sure it will get sorted soon as the next Unpacked event is not too far away

Appreciate that it's a 3rd party, but as the parent company, selling a phone and offering a same product brand as a gift, they have the ability and the stock to step in and make it right. I'm sure in all good faith that I will receive my watch, which I did state, but how long is the question. Small print being small print, the Galaxy Watch 10 could be out before I receive my gift.

I'm not sure how the process goes regarding promotional company obtaining stock.
Could be thier processes holding things up for all we know.

Nothing can be done but sit tight and wait unfortunately

Same here, 45 days have passed, I was supposed to receive it by 9 March, just called them and there is no time frame, they are waiting for a new batch, the operator said. This seems like false advertising very disappointing
