How tempting it was to upgrade to a S24 Ultra with a promise of a FREE Watch 6. Happily waited the qualify period, then the 45 days from 'claim confirmation', only to be told it will be delayed with no timescale given.
It's now March, will I be waiting until Christmas, maybe the New Year? He'll, even 12 months.
This is totally unacceptable, I definitely would not have upgraded without the offer and my mind set is to be cautious of all things Samsung. I have never strayed from the Brand but I am now doubting my own loyalty.
100%, if I was to order a new watch from the Samsung website, this would be delivered within 24 hours. A total disrespect to all loyal customers.
