SS S24 Ultra charger disconnecting

Hi there!

My S24 Ultra keeps connecting and disconnecting all of a sudden while charging (new cable and charger).

Any tips please?

Might just be worth checking the usb-c port with a torch 🔦 @Maritha  

I assune your using Samsung cable and brick. 

Usb reset.
Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device. 

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.  

There is a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App too. 

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary.

Thanks a million! It did charge for a bit now, at last 😅, but I'll definitely try your advice.

My s24u has just started doing the same, tried different cables and bricks (all samsung). Works fine if I turn off fast charging albeit charging slower obviously.
