I have Phonak Nova Nathos (nhs) hearing aids & I have paired the with my phone through Bluetooth & everything is ok when using the Phonak app. I can adjust the volume & other settings for my hearing aids using the app, but I cannot receive phone calls on my hearing aids. Help & thanks

If you can't hear phone calls using your Samsung earbuds, you can try these steps:
