After software update on April first Walet Case is not working anymore how it is ment to be. It is not turn the screen of (I tested proximity sensor it is ok), and AOD is now on whole screen so in the little window on case you cant do nothing.
I suspected to my phone so I make factory resetet. I even set up all manualy without Smartswitch but no result.
Is this is a bug or Samsung gave up of this concept?
It would be a shame for new phone to lose this option. I sold my Ultra 23 to my collage and on Ultra 23 option stil works but on Ultra 24 after last update case is unnecessary.

You have warranty so service if you suspect that phone is not working as it supost to work, in all other cases first try to explore possibilities of phone. It may be that you doing something wrong.

Nope. At my U24 maintains make the mess and now I'm in the war with Samsung Srbija.

Hi,
Settings-advance features-labs-activate multiscreen for all aps. Remove phone from smart covert and put it back while connected to Internet.

Mine isn't either when I close my case nothing are thay fix this!!!????

Make sure your device is charged, remove the cover, clean the cover and the phone, give the cover a few little twists, put it back. Hope this will work for you
