Secure folder ... transferring to new phone?

I was forced to manually (Quick share) move Secure Folder files from my old phone to my new phone.

It seems every year I have an issue with Secure Folder.

If I would have had Secure Folder open when I used SmartSwitch to transfer my files, would Secure Folder have been carried over?

As  far as I am aware Smart Switch does not transfer files with a security lock and  from 2021 secure Folder Data cannot be backed up.  The option would be to move the files out of the secure Folder, transfer to new phone and move to secure Folder if desired.

It's the one you set up for the secure folder which is separate from the samsung account

I'm not too sure but I'm pretty sure you can change it but you can try using your phone password as that's the most common one, if not you will need to ask one of the moderators as I do not know
