Hi guys. Had the phone for a few weeks now. I've tried a tempered glass and TPU screen protector. I've given up on both and gone naked. The screen protectors totally diminish the anti-reflective properties of the new display. Plus the screen is more vivid bare. Also screen protectors are far more prone to scratches than the new GG Armour. Also not sure why I put a screen protector on, to sell it in 2 years for someone to get the benefit of an untouched display!

I only usually use film ones, but it is a yes from me. I am quite careful with my phone but the amount of times in a rush I chuck my phone in pocket and then realise it is rubbing against keys or coins.

Even though gorilla glass is supposedly more robust, micro scratches are definately a thing, even after just a few weeks.

Downside of protectors are even when it is quoted with a 'fingerprint coating' the screen protectors generally still show up more prints with a screen protector.

I guess it is just personal choice

A wise decision 👌 @Motty2012

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I went with and without on my s24ultra. Decided to go for the Benks screen protector. It's about £11 for one which is a bit of a rip off, but does not interfere with the anti reflection. It also covers the whole screen. The ones that leave 1mm around the sides really bug me and catch dust. The Benks one does not have a camera cut out but seems fine. It covers edge to edge.

The reviews of that are terrible and it's a rip off at the price.

Update: I bottled it and put a TPU screen protector on from Amazon. It's the best TPU one I've bought over the years and I've bought a few. No bubbles and doesn't get scratched by the S Pen. I did try a glass one but the reflection was too much for me. Plus I like the feel of TPU.

A lot of the time people confuse micro abrasions in the coating as actual scratches. They don't even bother the way it looks when the screen is on usually.

Just go naked trade it in to Samsung instead of selling it. Seems like the last few years they've been giving huge discounts.
