Hi. I've got the issue where if you hold the tablet in landscape with the front camera to the left the WiFi drops. This issue is described all over the Internet if you Google it. Samsung I'd like my money back due to this design fault. John Lewis won't cough up .

Yes I can. There should be an option called Chat features or something like that but it's not there. The option is there on Android messages the Google app and it works. There issue is definitely the Samsung app not identifying the fact that Chat features should be available to me. I'm on Vodafone UK by way and incidentally if I did use their text app then chat features work too. I want to be able to use the Samsung messages app as I like the look and feel

hi all - I can't get chat features to work. They work fine on both the Android messages app so therefore it is not a network issue. I have no option to switch on chat features. It just isn't there. Any ideas please? regards Nick

I got my update on Christmas eve - my phone came from the UAE. I think the changes are excellent, especially the swipe gestures at the bottom. Dark theme also really good.

I am in the UK and my S9 plus is from the UAE. Just set up Samsung pay - works fine and tested in Aldi. Initially the app would not launch (UAE error message) but then I cleared the App data and cache, went back into the app and it launched fine and allowed me to add my cards. No need for flashing ROMs !!!

My phone is from the UAE and I am in the UK. At first Samsung pay wouldn't run but all I did was clear the app data and relaunched the app. It works 100% fine. No need to flash firmware or any other complicated solutions. Not even a factory reset.

Hi guys. I'm not seeing the option to turn on Chat messages. This is odd as it works perfectly well on Andriod messages, the Google app. Can anyone help me please. Because it is working on the Google app I definitely have RCS messages enabled.
