Graphics problems with photos in Gallery and Google Photos

Hello everyone!

I have these strange graphics errors in some of my pictures that only appear when viewing them in full screen, thumbnail looks normal. It only affects some pictures. I tried clearing the cache of the Gallery and Google Photos app and restarting the phone but it didn't help. Can someone help me out with this issue?

That kinda looks like the file is corrupted. Thumbnails look fine as they are kinda separate data. When your photo app tries to load the whole thing, it uses the potentially corrupted image.

Try transferring them to a computer, see if it's able to load them or if the same issue happens. This would confirm it's corruption

You can also try renaming the j peg file on the original photo and then re backing it up to Google photos
