Samsung Gallery problem

Hi, I have recently bought a new Samsung phone and have kept my original phone number/sim. When I open up Samsung Gallery on my new phone it is only showing my pix upto mid December 2024 and all pix after this date on my old phone are not showing. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Thank you for your replies 👍 I suddenly remembered, after sending my message I have Smartswitch, so have now transferred all my data to my new phone 😊🥳
I also now know that Samsung Members is a good port of call 😊

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

Go to "smartswitch"- open on both phones. Do this/ do it again for just the gallery.

If you have prime- free unlimited photo storage. Just sign into the app on both phones. Same with google images/ onedrive

Do you backup photos to Google photos or Microsoft one drive. If so it's possible your cloud storage is full and no longer backing up photos. You can try smartswitch to transfer your photos to your new phone or use a pc to backup and then transfer.
