Screen issue with my S24 Ultra

I have a thin white line across my screen that won't go away and a very faint pink line horizontally has now appeared. I have had this phone less than 5 months and I've tried safe mode and factory resets to no avail. Any idea what's wrong ?

Doing a factory reset is always the last resort when experiencing issues.

I would recommend to call Samsung Support and request a repair.

This seems like a hardware problem, your phone should be under warranty if you have only had it for 5 months. I would contact Samsung and book a repair.

@SinisterGinger: Further to the above, if the issue is still present after performing a factory data reset then the issue is likely to be hardware related, which will require an engineer's inspection and repair in order to be resolved.

With this in mind, please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and reach out via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be able to make the necessary arrangements for you, or direct you to any nearby walk in locations. 

Alternatively, you can arrange the inspection yourself via the Samsung Members app > Support > Other ways to get help/Repair service > Request service.

I too got pink vertical line and white horizontal line on my s24 ultra SM-S928B/DS while i was downloading the latest update. No response from from Samsung India even though they said that they will contact me regarding this issue.

I have asked in service center, the repair cost will be around 20k-25k in India.
