Samsung wallet not working in UK

I had a Samsung account in Kenya and could access the samsung wallet because of region lock. I have since moved to the UK and have bought S24 ultra in UK but I can still not access samsung wallet. Please help

What does it shows or telling you when you trying to access Samsung Pay?

Have you checked the profile you are using if its still with the unsupported region it will not work. Try this.

To change the country or region of a Samsung account, you can:

Go to account.samsung.com and log in

Click ProfileScroll down and click Edit personal information

Click Country or regionSelect the desired country and region, then click Change

Read the information on the screen, click the checkbox, and then click Change

Hi there 👋 and warm welcome it could be due to your Samsung accounts country/ region is still set in Kenya.

Changing your Samsung account's country or region will sign out any devices connected to your account. You'll need to sign in again after changing the country. You can't change your country or region if you only have a phone number ID, or if you're under the age limit for that country.

In order to change it:
Go to account.samsung.com and log in to your account
Click profile
Scroll down and click edit personal details
Click country or region
Select desired country or region and click change
Read information provided on screen and click change
Enter you password then click confirm
