I have two SIMS in my current phone - one for my personal number and the other for my business. They need to have different ringtones so I can easily differentiate between which line is being called.
Also, I want to be able to have specific ringtones for certain contacts (eg family), so I know when they are calling. This always used to be a standard on Android phones. I have it on my current OPPO, and my wife has it on her FLIP 4.
However, I am becoming increasing concerned that this basic functionality no longer seems to be supported. I would love to be proved wrong, even if I need to download an app to achieve what should be readily available by default!
I am now getting to the point where I need to bite the bullet, as my current phone is well over 3 years old, and the battery rarely makes it even half-way through the day without being fully recharged.

@Timbo37: It should be possible to assign a ringtone to each SIM card by heading to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Ringtone > Select SIM1 > Choose from the list of options, then repeat the process for SIM2.
To assign a bespoke ringtone to a specific contact, head to the Contacts app > Select a contact > Tap the 3 dots in the bottom right > Change ringtone/vibration > Ringtone > Choose from the list of options.

Thank you. If that functionality is that, that's perfect! I shall head off to the store tomorrow!
