Dear support team, I am using samsung s24 ultra from Pakistan and still not received the one ui 7 update. Can you please update when I will get the one ui 7 update in pakistan.

Samsung support staff aren't here. This is a uk forum for samsung owners to help each other. You'll need to use another way to contact samsung directly.

Again, this is the uk forum so I don't know Pakistan, but I'd imagine a uk s24 would get it some time this month

Hey mate!

You should've received the One UI 7 on your S24 Ultra by NOW. Unless you do something shady with the IMEI number.

Because I've just googled it and it said many people port the IMEI because of some PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) TAX issues.

So yeah, as long as your phone is legit, you should've received it by now even if its not PTA Approved.

I think samsung is planning to release OneUI 7 before GTA VI. Nonetheless, we all are suffering from this awful charging animation that not even goodlock can help me fix. Just why is samsung making the delay so much, do they really expect us to buy the new latest S25 series? This flagship is literally meant to last years or maybe even a decade or so.
