Unlucky for the rain drop to hit the spot. And where did it fall? On the charging port? Use wireless charger and or change cable or charger

@mieloncom: It should still be possible to clear the cache and data of the USB settings by heading to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > USBSettings > Force stop > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data. I also recommend restarting your phone following these steps to resolve any potential software issues.
If the issue persists, head to the Samsung Members app > Support > Phone diagnostics > Cable charging, and follow the on-screen instructions. Does this return an 'Action required' notification in the summary at the end of the test?
If you have access to a home computer, please try connecting your S24 Ultra via USB to see if you're able to establish a charge. If the problem persists with multiple chargers, then please reach out to our Support Team by heading to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and an advisor will be able to arrange for the phone to be inspected and repaired by an authorised engineer. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
