Samsung S24 Ultra camera issue is going dull while zooming 3x5x10

I am just coming to samsung after many years from iphone. I am facing a problem using camera zoom in. As soon I zoom in from 1x to 3x picture goes dull and continue zooming in pictures goes more dull from 3x to 5x 10x???

Can please samsung explain me this??

You are right, but here we talking about facts. I can say my pushbike can overtake ferrari or lamborchini, that's my opinion

That's because you don't need a low res 960fps video anymore. You can shoot 4k 120 fps and slow it down up to 1/16th the speed using the video editor. You pick and choose exactly what bit you want slow. Not hope that you hit the slow motion button at the exact time you needed it slowing down. You can also mix different speeds. It's much better than before. I never used 960fps slow mode as the quality was so bad.

The quality on super slow motion is excellent even on the S10. I tried to shoot in slow motion on the S24ultra some garden birds and the quality is not just bad but you can't even see the birds moving. Even on S10 you can see the bee very clear moving the wings. And the music is added on S10 stock music. If you can do that on this cr**pie S24ultra, the slow motion and get even closer to the quality of S10, I will jump to the moon

Did you try 120fps as that is your only chance of slowing down fast moving objects?

I tried everything, but won't even get 10% of S10 quality. I have some super slow motions on s21 and s23 much better but I just compared with the S10 which is 1/10 of the price. Anyway I had Samsung support connected to my S24ultra and S21 compared the picture quality on both and they admitted that S24ultra quality is not acceptable and will send me a replacement. I hope is a bad badge and not the S24ultras as lots of people complaining, in all the countries around the world
