I have a similar experience, I cannot see huge differences between my S22 Ultra and S24 Ultra.

It's fair to say we all see things differently and want settings such as natural and vivid to attain different levels @martw89
Personally I use the Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra, Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra, and the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra, and I'm happy with all three.
The s²⁴ Ultra does have more natural colours to me and not as over saturated.
I in no way refute or dismiss what other owners are saying about their phone's.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

My home screen looks good, I am using the default theme and wallpaper, Light mode, Adaptive brightness, Motion smoothness adaptive, Screen resolution QHD+, Home and apps grid 5x6 and Folder grid 4x4.
The icons look very nice. Again, I have always used Natural mode.

I do not have a photo comparison, I compared both screens, and yes both using Natural Mode.
On my reply to your comment, I just mentioned that my Home Screen does not bad or washed out, at least no to me.

Same here, I always use Normal mode.
