Samsung S24 Ultra camera issue is going dull while zooming 3x5x10

I am just coming to samsung after many years from iphone. I am facing a problem using camera zoom in. As soon I zoom in from 1x to 3x picture goes dull and continue zooming in pictures goes more dull from 3x to 5x 10x???

Can please samsung explain me this??

I have similar problems with the camera on s24 ultra. My old s10 takes better pictures, the s21 is taking fantastic pictures. The s24 ultra is useless for taking photos, and is the reason I bought it

Well I spent hell alot of money on this device and camera is ridiculous. My iphone 15 camera was fantastic. Now what should I do it's only 14 days I bought this phone and I am facing this issue???

There must be some faulty cameras out there as my S24U smokes my S21U and is similar to my S23U. The 5x zoom absolutely kills the 10x on my S23U. I'm so glad Samsung made the change from 10x to 5x.

Try uploading them on a PC. The resolution is probably around 1MB not 12MB 50MB or 200MB. Is like going 15 years back

That's not how it works, a 12mp picture doesn't actually have to be 12mb in size

Due to picture compression, file size are smaller than actually mp size, especially if captured in Jpg, you may find them closer if in raw

I guess it is like being back to 15 years

Am a photographer and always shooting in Raw. S10 vs S24ultra S10 wins, S21 vs S24 Ultra.. S21 wins by miles. So you telling me that the S24 ultra even taking poor quality photos is better? Not in your Dreams. S24 Ultra is a disaster of samsung

So you should understand about compression being a photographer

Your pictures may not have come out the way you wanted to, but it doesn't mean mine didnt

Being a photographer what is good and bad is subjective. You should know that

"One man rubbish is another man's gold"

You can keep your gold. I never had any problems with any Samsung S series device. But this is Rubbish. I can upload you photos from 6 different Samsung phones, same place,same time,same subject same distance, and you can see the worst by far is the S24ultra. I am a Samsung person my self but this one is very disappointing. And am not the only one who saying that. Google is your friend. Check it out
