Hi all, since transferring all my data and apps from my galaxy S10 to my S24, my Samsung music app no longer plays all my music, in fact any song that is not loaded as an mp3, have they changed the app or is there something I can do to rectify this?

How did you transfer music? What other formats are not playing

@FlashFlanagan: I have looked into this for you, and both the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S24 support the following audio formats:

MP3, M4A, 3GA, AAC, OGG, OGA, WAV, AMR, AWB, FLAC, MID, MIDI, XMF, MXMF, IMY, RTTTL, RTX, OTA, DFF, DSF, APE

If you swipe up from your Home screen and select the Samsung folder > My Files > Audio files, and attempt to play one of the affected files from here, does the issue persist?

I transferred it using Smartswitch.

Yes, the issue is still the same, I feel like I am going to have to delete all my music and the painstakingly reload it all.
